What is Places?
Places is a social platform that allows people to connect with locations around the world and receive or share meaningful messages with those communities. It's built around a simple idea: wisdom and hope shouldn't be limited by geography.
An important distinction: Places itself is a broader social platform with multiple revenue-generating services. The Lessons For The Good Life initiative that lives inside Places, however, is a non-profit mission — dedicated entirely to spreading Christianity, love, and motivation, not generating income.
How it will work
- Discover and connect with real places and communities around the world.
- Share a message of hope, encouragement, or faith with a specific location or region.
- Monitor how different regions respond, so we can understand where hope is needed most.
- Expand positive impact globally, one community connection at a time.
Why we need support
Places is currently in the planning stage. Bringing it to life requires investment in mapping technology, moderation, and community infrastructure — all funded through donations to the "Support Global Outreach" category.
